CAST is a 9-week long support group covering

topics such as self-esteem, feelings of anger,

depression, or anxiety, school pressure, stress, and

support. The group is led by our Peer Youth Specialist,

who will bring laughs and support you at all times

(It's loads of fun)! Each meeting provides

opportunities to share in a relatable

environment, with snacks and treats. At the end

of the 9 weeks, you and your new friends

graduate our program -- and win raffle prizes!
