Who We Are
We are Cup of Happy - West! The Western Mental Health Branch of Operation SafeHouse. A prevention and early intervention program focused on raising awareness about mental health issues & supporting those who are struggling. All members of our team are mental health outreach workers that have some kind of personal experience with mental health struggles.
What We Do
We go out into the community and educate about mental health and mental illness in hopes of reducing the stigma that surrounds these topics. We talk about depression, anxiety, stigma, and dealing with stress, to people in high schools, colleges and community fairs. Our hope is to share information about coping with mental illness and promote the understanding of early warning signs.

Cup of Happy - West serves the areas of: Corona, Norco, Jurupa Valley, Moreno Valley, and Riverside (East side & Arlanza).
